令和５年４月２５日、中谷総理大臣補佐官は、ルドメール・ヒーレマ・オランダ議会下院議員を使節団代表とするオランダ議会下院常任外交委員会一行と意見交換を行いました。本意見交換には、ペーター・ファン・デル・フリート駐日オランダ王国大使が同席しました。

両者は、世界における人権の保護・促進に向けた取組や「ビジネスと人権」等について意見交換を行いました。

また、両者は、今後も国際人権問題について、日・オランダで緊密に協力していくことで一致しました。

On 25 April 2023, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister NAKATANI Gen exchanged views with a delegation of the Standing Parliamentary Committee for Foreign Affairs of the Second Chamber of the Netherlands, headed by Mr. Rudmer HEEREMA, Member of the Second Chamber of the Netherlands. H.E. Mr. Peter VAN DER VLIET, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Japan was present at this exchange of views.

Both sides exchanged views on efforts to protect and promote human rights in the international community, “Business and Human Rights,” and other issues.

Both sides also shared the intention to continue to cooperate closely on international human rights issues between Japan and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
