令和５年４月２５日、中谷総理大臣補佐官は、ジルベール・ウングボ国際労働機関（ＩＬＯ）事務局長と会談しました。会談には、麻田千穂子ＩＬＯアジア太平洋地域総局長ほかも同席しました。
　中谷総理大臣補佐官から、ウングボＩＬＯ事務局長によるＧ７倉敷労働雇用大臣会合への参加に謝意を述べた上で、２０２０年に策定した「ビジネスと人権」に関する行動計画（ＮＡＰ）の下での日本政府による取組について説明しました。
　両者は、「ビジネスと人権」やディーセント・ワークの促進に向けた取組等について意見交換を行いました。
　また、両者は、今後も国際的な人権問題について、日本政府とＩＬＯとの間で緊密に協力していくことで一致しました。

　On April 25, 2023, Special Advisor NAKATANI met with H.E. Mr. Gilbert Houngbo, Director-General of International Labour Organization (ILO). Ms. Chihoko Asada, IL0 Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific etc., also attended the meeting.
　Special Advisor NAKATANI thanked Mr. Houngbo for his participation in the G7 Kurashiki Labor and Employment Ministers’ Meeting and explained the Japanese government's efforts under the National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights (NAP), which was established in 2020.
They exchanged views on "Business and Human Rights" and efforts to promote decent work.
　They also shared the view to continue close cooperation between the Government of Japan and the ILO on international human rights issues.
